  • BidFind.ai does not store your credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument details on our servers.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

2.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans tailored to different usage needs. Each plan may include specific features, usage limits, and renewal terms. When you sign up, you agree to the pricing and payment terms that apply to your selected plan.

2.2 Recurring Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on the plan you choose.
  • You authorize Stripe to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method you have provided.

2.3 Billing Cycle
Your subscription billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and will automatically renew on the same date in subsequent billing periods (unless otherwise specified). For example, if you subscribe on the 5th of a month, you will typically be billed on or around the 5th of each subsequent billing period.


3. Payment Issues and Declined Charges

3.1 Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, Stripe may reattempt the charge within a set period. If your payment method continues to fail, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until the outstanding amounts are settled.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

5. Upgrades and Downgrades

5.1 Upgrades
If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged a pro-rated amount based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle, and your new plan features will be available immediately.

5.2 Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your features will adjust accordingly in the next billing cycle.


6. Dispute Resolution
